Campos Santos Piri-Piri paste and Ground Piri-Piri are made from highly aromatic and moderately spicy Piri-Piri, in order to preserve the food flavour. Piri-Piri from countries such as Brazil, Thailand, Mexico, Angola and Mozambique are used in the productions. The purpose of this blend is to combine spiciness and flavour.
The whole dried Piri-Piri fruits used come from Angola and present a strong red colour and moderate spiciness so that the food flavour does not lose its identity.
