Hand-harvested sea salt is collected in traditional salt pans using artisanal methods. It is great for preparing pickles and dehydrating food. This salt is a natural product, which does not undergo any treatment and is thus naturally pure. Its composition contains sodium chloride, magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc and manganese, among other materials.
